RideGT

Put something in front of campus

RideGT shows a rotating banner at the bottom of its map screen, and it reaches thousands of Tech students the moment they open the app. Post a club event, a callout, or a meeting. Design it in your browser in a couple of minutes, no Photoshop or Canva needed.

A person reviews every post before it goes live. Posts start the day after you submit, so every rider sees them at the same time, and they come down on their own once the date passes.

Beta

This is a beta, so expect the occasional bug or rough edge. That is exactly why it’s free right now. If something looks wrong with your post, reply to your confirmation email and a person will fix it.

1. Your artwork

The banner is a wide, short card at the bottom of the map screen, 1320×270 pixels. Start from a template or upload artwork you already have — either way it finishes on the same canvas, so press Use this design at the bottom when it looks right.

2. About your post

Only the reviewer sees these — they aren’t shown in the app.

Where we send the approval or rejection notice.

Tapping the banner opens this. Leave blank for a non-tappable ad.

The ad comes down by itself the morning after this date.

Ads start the day after you post, so the earliest is Thu, Aug 20 and the latest is Sat, Aug 22. Everyone’s app picks up new ads overnight, which is what keeps a post showing up for every rider at the same time.

Free while we’re in beta. A person reviews every post before it appears.
