RideGT generates a random ID when you first open it. It is not your name, account, email, device identifier or advertising ID — it exists so repeat requests from one phone can be grouped. It lives only on your phone, and uninstalling the app deletes it permanently. A fresh install gets a brand-new one with no link to the old.

Deleted the moment the alert fires or you switch the bell off, and evicted automatically after two hours regardless. Nothing to request.

If you used the in-app feedback form and chose to include your email address, that message and address sit in our support mail. Tell us the address you used and we will delete the correspondence.

Route-search events carry your install ID and a location coarsened to roughly 1 km tiles. Because the app never displays your install ID, we cannot look it up from an email alone. If you want these purged, say so in your request and describe roughly when and where you used the app; we will locate and remove what we can, and tell you plainly if we cannot isolate your records.

Once events are rolled up into totals — searches per day, error rates — individual records no longer exist inside them and cannot be pulled back out. These contain nothing that identifies anyone.
